Treat non-Muslim parents kindly - A person asked the Prophet (peace be on him): "My mother is a polytheist and she is ill-disposed to Islam. She has come to visit me. Shall I maintain relations with her and treat her kindly?"
Prophet Muhammad (peace be on him) replied: "Yes, maintain good relations with your mother and treat her kindly". - Riyad as-Salihin # 325

If your parents compel you.... - We have commanded people to be good to their parents...If they (parents) pressure you to associate with Me (God) about which have no knowledge, then do not obey them but keep their company in this life with kindness. - Quran Chapter 31 Verses 14 & 15
