Collecting Loans - If it is difficult for someone to repay a loan, then grant him time until things become easier for him. And if you waive off (the loan) as an act of charity, it will be better for you, if you really know. - Quran Chapter 2 Verse 280

Loans - O believers! Whenever you transact a loan from one another payable at a specified time, write down (the terms of the loan)....Do not show slackness in writing it down, along with its due date, no matter whether the loan is small or large. This is more just in the sight of God and more convenient to establish evidence and prevent doubts that can arise between you. - Quran Chapter 2 Verse 282
